Mexican native Coach, Carlos has worked in IT companies such as Oracle in activities related to software development, software quality, database migration, and recruiting.
Has been working on a major project that helps Oracle customers migrate their local databases to the Cloud and collaborating with a Mexican university ITESM on a coaching program for entrepreneurs.
Has been certified as a Scrum Master by Scrum Alliance, currently finishing Coaching by International Coaching Technologies and ITESM Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Digital Transformation by the MIT Massachusetts Institute of technology with a degree in Computer Systems Engineering by IPN Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
